CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is carefully reserved just for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and our dedicated stylists, we uphold a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or change. This crucial timeframe allows us to accommodate other clients awaiting appointments. For any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, the full 100% of the scheduled service amount will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and commitment.
